Romania will abolish all permit requirements for Ukrainian carriers on April 5

, which will simplify logistical problems during the war, said Deputy Infrastructure Minister Mustafa Nayem. This will allow Ukrainian carriers to use an alternative route, necessitated by the closure of the border with Russia, to return vehicles, cargo, and drivers from Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan,” Nayem said. Romania became the fifth EU country to simplify requirements for Ukrainian carriers, after Latvia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Hungary.
