Kuleba: Providing F-16s to Ukraine is the best investment in long-term security for the European continent.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, is convinced that EU countries can play a leading role in providing Ukraine with modern combat aircraft and thus demonstrate their strategic leadership.

He also noted that it is necessary to start training Ukrainian pilots on Western aircraft as soon as possible so the Ukrainian military can immediately use them when they are provided.

Furthermore, the Ukrainian diplomat emphasized that providing F-16s to Ukraine and integrating Ukraine’s anti-aircraft and anti-missile defenses with neighboring EU countries will complete the necessary defensive infrastructure for peaceful European skies.

Kuleba also called on his European colleagues to quicken the supply of weapons and artillery ammunition to Ukraine.
