Ukrainians cite war, corruption, and housing destruction as their most significant problems and are wary of corruption in future reconstruction.

Most Ukrainians currently consider the three main problems to be the war (96%), corruption (88%), and the destruction of infrastructure and housing (82%). In November, compared to March, fears of war and destruction decreased slightly (by 2%), but corruption risks are now a concern for 11% more citizens.

The results of a sociological survey by Transparency International Ukraine indicate that almost every issue in the survey worries the average Ukrainian by 5-10% more than eight months ago.

At the same time, among most Ukrainians the fear of potential corruption occupies the highest position in their list of main concerns regarding the future reconstruction of the country. 79% of citizens fear the lack of control and, as a result, the embezzlement of funds or the use of low-quality materials. In addition, another 75% of Ukrainians fear the return of corruption schemes becoming involved with large projects.
