The Epicentr network will open its own shopping and entertainment center with rental spaces and a children’s entertainment center at the site of the Nova Liniya hypermarket near Kyiv, the company reported.

It is noted that the total area of the new shopping facility will be 62,000 square meters, with the Epicentr’s retail space at 53,000 square meters, and 9,000 square meters will be leased. The company has already started the process of signing preliminary contracts with tenants.

The facility will feature a Dream Garden food department, children’s entertainment center, Food Market supermarket, Intersport, TseTe store, Deco Galleries, E.PIC children’s store, and Pharmacy 100+, among others. Several cafes and restaurants will also be a part of the new format, complementing the chain’s food court.
