As well, Ukrgasbank plans to sell an administrative and production complex with a total area of 20,907 square meters in Kyiv, with a starting price of ₴240M. This facility includes administrative spaces totaling 4,883 square meters and warehouses for storing goods covering 15,974 square meters. The auction was scheduled for April 22 but did not take place due to a lack of participants.
Also, the State Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has transferred the nationalized assets of the Vinnytsiapobythim plant to the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) for privatization. The company, which produces children’s cosmetics and household cleaning products, is set to be sold for no less than ₴301M ($7M).
