Ukraine rises in passport rankings.

In the updated Henley Passport Index, Ukraine rose to 35th place from 38th in the fourth quarter of last year, reports Henley & Partners. Today, holders of Ukrainian passports can travel without a visa to 141 countries. Russia on the other hand ranks 46th (Russians have visa-free access to 119 countries), and Belarus, 65th (Belarusians can travel to only 79 countries without a visa).
