Ukraine has fully implemented the EC’s seven recommendations.

The government has adopted the target program, Unity in Diversity, to realize the rights and opportunities of national minorities and indigenous peoples, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said. He emphasized that the corresponding decision was the seventh implemented recommendation from the EC.

He also spoke about the start of the reform of the Constitutional Court and the reboot of the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges. The government has also developed a legal framework for combating money laundering within FATF standards.

In addition, the recommendations of the Venice Commission on implementing an anti-oligarch law have been implemented, and the legislation on media and advertising have come into effect. Also, the necessary by-laws have been developed to allow the implementation of the new law on national minorities.
