Ukraine can open ports for grain exports under one condition.

 President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the supply of weapons to Ukraine is the best guarantee for demining ports through which Ukrainian food can be exported. But, he added, this is not a threat, but the anti-ship systems supplied to us are the best guarantees.  He also said that Turkey might be among the countries that will take part in the unblocking of Ukrainian ports for grain exports. “We are ready to export grain, and we are breaking Russia’s rhetoric that we do not want to export and provoke a food crisis. We are ready, but we need a security corridor,” Zelenskyy said.
