Through intermediaries, Moscow is “begging” for negotiations: Ukraine has put forward four conditions.

According to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), the Russians have attracted a pool of negotiators, including Brazil and other countries. In its turn, Ukraine has aadvanced four simple demands: the release of all temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, accountability through a tribunal for those who started the war, and guarantees of Ukraine’s security and accountability. In addition, Danilov emphasized that Ukraine will not agree to any of the terrorists’ terms that stray from these principles, which is absolutely unacceptable. To begin negotiations, Putin must first personally must fulfill the conditions that Ukraine has proposed.
