This year’s privatization will begin with two assets of state-owned alcohol producer, Ukrspirt.

The State Property Fund has identified the first objects that will be put auction for privatization in September 2022. The auctions will be held in the state electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales, the State Property Fund reported. The first two objects that will be put up for auction are the Marylivskyi and Kobylovolotskyi Ukrspirt properties in the Ternopil region. Bidding for the Kobylovolotsky plant will take place on September 19 with an opening bid of UAH 25.2M.($0.67M). Bidding for the Maryliv plant will take place on September 20 with an opening bid of UAH 54.3M ($1.46M). These auctions will be the first to be held under the new, simplified procedure. A total of eight privatization auctions of  assets are planned for September, and another 150 will be put up for sale by the end of 2022.
