The results of 20 Ramstein: the US promises victory to Ukraine, and Germany provides €500M in aid.

US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin said at the opening of the 20th meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine that Washington and the Ramstein coalition of countries will not allow Ukraine to be defeated.

“Our message today is clear: the United States will not allow Ukraine to be defeated. This coalition will not allow Ukraine to be defeated, and the free world will not allow Ukraine to be defeated. We remain determined to provide Ukraine with the resources it needs to counter the Kremlin’s aggression“, Austin stressed.

He noted that the US announced $300M in aid to Kyiv last week.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced a new €500M military aid package to Ukraine, which will include 10,000 artillery shells, 100 armored vehicles, and 100 cars.

In addition, Finland will hand over combat boats to Ukraine, which will be delivered through Romania, and will also provide €30M to purchase ammunition as part of the Czech initiative.
