The European Union will provide new military assistance to Ukraine soon, said the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell. “I am deeply shocked by Russia’s attacks on civilians in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. Such actions have no place in the 21st century. I condemn them in the strongest possible terms. We are with Ukraine. Additional military support from the EU is on the way,” the diplomat said. According to the Ministry of Defense, 83 missiles were fired, 43 of which were destroyed by Ukrainian air defense systems. The State Emergency Service reports 8 dead and 36 injured.
