The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine is considering introducing a rule of special obligations for airlines to boost the domestic air transportation market. “Now, we are actively working on a financial model and business plan. I think we will be able to present quite specific things in just a couple of weeks,” Kubrakov said.
