Russia causes a 170-ship queue entering and exiting Ukrainian ports.

Russia is artificially delaying the inspection of ships in the Bosphorus. As a result, a queue of more than 170 vessels has formed, the Ministry of Infrastructure noted. Currently, this is causing Ukrainian ports to work at only 25-30% of their capacity. Despite this, on October 24, six more ships with 227,000 tons of agricultural products left the Odessa ports for Africa, Asia, and the EU. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to demand that Russia immediately stop their artificial and politically motivated delays in inspecting grain corridor vessels. According to the Ministry, inspection delays have prevented Ukraine from exporting an additional three million tons of grain.
