Prices for renting apartments in Kyiv decreased by 56% from February 24 to the beginning of July, according to the Bird rental app. According to its analytics, as of July 12, the median rental price for one-room apartments in the capital is UAH 8,000 ($230), which is 38% less than February prices. Median prices for renting two-room apartments decreased from UAH 21,600 ($620) in February to UAH 12,600 ($360), or by 42%’ three-room apartments – from UAH 46,100 ($1320), to UAH 20,500 ($585) in June, by 56% . However, in general, there is a stabilization of prices, they have not changed significantly since the beginning of summer. At the same time, the number of ad views in July is higher than in June.
