Odesa is actively working on the creation of two multi-disciplinary industrial parks.

Despite the full-scale war, Odesa city authorities are actively working to create two industrial parks, said the mayor of Odesa, Gennady Trukhanov.

The first park (Odesa Innovation Park) will be located near the Odesa seaport. Among the promising areas for investment are the production of equipment for alternative energy sources, metalworking, mechanical engineering, and logistics. The production of equipment for alternative energy sources is an especially promising direction, as Odesa faces the worst electricity generation situation in Ukraine.

The second industrial park – Kulindorovo – will be located at the Kulindorovo industrial hub. Currently, several enterprises are operating there, which will allow production clusters to form and establish industrial symbiosis. Among the priority directions for the park are the pharmaceutical industry, production of building materials, agricultural processing, IT activities, and textile production.
