Norway will provide NOK 4.5B (€378M) to support Ukraine.

According to the Norwegian government, the country allocated NOK 2.8B (€235M) for vital humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine and NOK 1.7B (€143M) for the Ukrainian government’s domestic needs. The funds will be used to repair and maintain civil infrastructure to provide Ukrainians with access to electricity and water.

Norway has pledged NOK 15B (€1.2B) annually over the next five years, totaling NOK 75B (€6.3B) from 2023 to 2027. This year, half of the funds provided under the Nansen Support Program will go to military aid and the other half to humanitarian and civil assistance.
