Naftogaz will launch its gas station network in September.
In September, Naftogaz of Ukraine will launch 30 gas stations in the capital and Kyiv region under the U.GO brand. The company said that the gas stations will utilize the seized Glusco network, which has 126 gas stations. Naftogaz noted that opening its own gas stations will contribute to the fastest possible satisfaction of market needs and the fastest possible restoration of the seized assets. Ukrgazvydobuvannya, a subsidiary of Naftogaz, already has a network of 21 U.GO gas stations in the Kharkiv region. Starting from 2022 Naftogaz Oil Trading, which plans to expand its network in other areas, also has the right to use the brand. The companies will independently choose suppliers for gas station networks from within their management and conduct an independent pricing policy.
