Iryna Koshel, Infrastructure Ministry reform director, said last week at Strategy Council’s Ukrainian Transport Infrastructure Week. “The concession period is 25 years,” she said. “It is assumed that within the framework of the concession, new infrastructure will be built – hotels, offices, recreation areas.”
