The third registered industrial park is the Yadro Industry Park in Drohobych. Production of key types of building material, including windows, is planned. The total amount of the investments that Ukrainian, German, and American companies are ready to commit is ₴270M ($7.3M).

At the same time, the construction of the Formatsia Lviv industrial park has already started in the Sygnivka industrial zone. It is noted that the park will be focused on industries with high added value, such as technologically driven production.
