In The Hague, Zelenskyy calls for Putin to be punished for war crimes in Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and called on the ICC to create a tribunal for Russian war crimes in Ukraine. According to him, Ukraine needs real justice, which “will be a guarantee of non-repetition of such aggression”.
“We all want to see another Volodymyr here in The Hague, someone who deserves to be punished for his criminal actions. I am sure this will happen when we win”, Zelenskyy noted.
The President emphasized that neither hybrid immunity for war criminals nor hybrid peace with suspending fighting at the front is acceptable for Ukraine.
“Only reliable peace, real peace, real freedom, real justice,” said the head of state. He added Ukraine wants this war to be the last in the world.
