Germany allocates €5.6M in grants to support Ukrainian processing enterprises.

The funding takes place within the framework of the grant project, Access to Financing and Maintenance of Sustainability of MSMEs in Ukraine – Phase II. According to the first phase’s results, €1.5M in grant support was awarded to 136 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, which subsequently took €11.2M in loans to implement investment projects.

Entrepreneurs will be able to receive €30,000 in hryvnia equivalent as financial support for the implementation of their investment plans. Enterprises seeking grants may have up to 250 employees, an annual income of up to €10M, a plan to implement investment projects, have a positive credit history, have no debt to Ukraine, and have not received international technical assistance since February 1, 2022.

Grant support from the German Government is implemented within the framework of the international cooperation program ReACT4UA.
