A Ukrainian mineral water manufacturer has begun construction of a new plant in the Lviv region.

Mineral water producer Karpatska Dzherelna, a subsidiary of Karpatski Mineralni Vody, has begun construction on a new facility near the village of Khmeleva. The enterprise’s area will cover approximately 15,000 square meters and employ up to 100 people. The plant’s planned capacity is 32,000 bottles per hour. It will produce the complete line of the Karpatska Dzherelna brand (including carbonated and non-carbonated water in various container sizes) along with sweet drinks.
This will be the company’s second facility in the region. Currently, the company has initiated all the preparatory work on the land plot. The new plant is expected to become operational in 2026, but the final launch of production will depend on the country’s economic and security situation.
Karpatski Mineralni Vody started working on this project back in 2021, but due to the war the implementation was delayed, and the planned production capacity had to be adjusted, reducing it by nearly 75%.
