A Ukrainian industrial waste processing company invested more than $300,000 to relocate its factory.

Strategic by-product and waste management company Recycling Solutions has relocated its microsphere processing factory to Burshtyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region, from Druzhkivka, in the Donetsk region. The production capacity of the factory is up to 2,000 tons per year. Total investment in the launch of the new production facility amounted to $334,000.

The company relocated in March 2022, simultaneously fulfilling two tasks: evacuating all its equipment and products from the danger zone and preserving production capacity, enabling it to fulfill customer orders in full. 95% of the company’s products are export-oriented; the first batches from the relocated factory have already been sent to customers in the Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey.

Note that microsphere is an ecologically clean raw material formed during coal burning at thermal power plants. After technological processing, it is used in mechanical engineering, to produce paints and varnishes, in construction, and as backfilling material.
