A new industrial park with ₴782M invested will be built in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The government has registered a new industrial park, Zhovti Vody, in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The industrial site will create about 500 jobs in high-tech and innovative sectors. This is the second park to be included in the state register in 2025, becoming Ukraine’s 101st industrial park. The total area of the industrial park is 10 hectares, and the estimated construction area will be 41,857 square meters. The park will be formed around the following key industries:
- production of chemicals and chemical products (fertilizers, plastics, synthetic rubber, paints, varnishes)
- production of synthetic fibers
- alternative energy
- information and telecommunications activities
- scientific and technical activities
The total amount of capital investment in constructing the industrial park is approximately ₴782M. The founders plan to obtain ₴97M through loans and personal funds and to participate in the state incentive program for industrial parks. Another ₴646M is planned to be attracted through future participants.
