The document envisages the provision of assistance by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for pilot investment projects implemented by Japanese businesses in Ukraine and the development of Ukraine’s private sector and its industrial policy instruments. This is expected to include recommendations for more active investment attraction from Japanese companies. JICA notes that 14 Japanese companies are ready to consider investing in the Ukrainian economy.
