The National Securities Commission registered a report on the results of the issue of Nova Poshta’s interest-bearing unsecured series D bonds totaling UAH 800M without a public offer. The face value of one bond is UAH 1,000. They were issued with repayment from January 27 to 31, 2025, with quarterly interest payments and a nominal rate of 23% per annum.

According to the private delivery company, 29% of the raised funds will support the issuer’s operational capacities, 25% will create secure facilities for the issuer’s employees, and 46% will be used for investments in BDF containers, container trucks, and plastic parcel containers.

In January 2023, the company issued UAH 800M in series C bonds. And in February Nova Poshta repaid UAH 700M in series B bonds issued in March 2020.
