Ukraine presents reforms for rebuilding the infrastructure.
The Minister of Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov, spoke about the key directions of the Ministry’s work, which are necessary to implement transparent and effective reconstruction of the destroyed and damaged infrastructure. According to him, active work is currently underway to create a complete register of damaged and destroyed property, and work has also started on the Digital Infrastructure Reconstruction Management System. It is planned to present this in the spring. In addition, the implementation of state procurement reform in the infrastructure sector continues. Kubrakov added that work is also ongoing on finalizing the existing draft laws necessary to commence infrastructure reconstruction. The new, and the only, electronic construction system will digitize processes for the most important stages of reconstruction projects and strengthen responsibility for violations in urban planning.
