Nova Poshta is investing UAH 1.2B in an innovative terminal in Odessa.

The new terminal in Odessa will be the company’s second-largest sorting facility. It will have two buildings – post and freight, with a total area of 26,000 square meters, says the company’s website. Construction work on the terminal in Odessa began in June last year. The cargo part of the terminal is planning to use 50 robots manufactured by the Ukrainian SBR to move goods. This will allow processing of up to 40,000 parcels per hour, three times the speed of today’s terminal. Parcels for Odessa and 65 settlements in the Odessa region will be sorted at the terminal.
