Zelenskyy has proposed creating a “financial Rammstein” to support Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, proposed to the international community the creation  of a financial support format for Ukraine based on the Rammstein template. The Ukrainian head of state also suggested additional steps to support Ukraine. Among them are consistent assistance with the budget deficit, which will reach $38B in 2023, and ensuring essential needs for people in Ukraine. Another step is to support international investment in order to stimulate the Ukrainian economy. As Zelenskyy noted, this can be implemented through the military risk insurance mechanism for investment projects, which can be launched with the help of the World Bank.
