Ukraine’s export of coke and scrap fell tenfold.

During the first nine months of the year, Ukraine reduced the export of coke and semi-coke in natural terms by 98% compared to the same period last year, to 3,700 tons. According to the State Customs Service, in monetary terms, the export of coke and semi-coke during this period fell by 97.5% to $987,000. In January-September 2022, the export of ferrous metal scrap fell 12.9 times compared to the same period last year – to 35,280 tons. In monetary terms, the export of scrap during this period decreased by 13.9 times – to $12.64M.
