With IMF and EU money arriving this week in Kyiv, Ukraine’s central bank reserves should hit $20 billion by the end of December, for the first time since the economic crisis hit five years ago. Dragon Capital writes: “We estimate central bank reserves may surge by 15% m-o-m in December, to $20.5 billion.”
