Vinnytsia is set to welcome a new industrial park, with investment reaching up to ₴6B.

The new Formatsia-Vinnytsia Industrial Park will cover an area of 175,000 square meters and plans to accommodate 50 companies and generate approximately 3,500 jobs. The project’s developer, Alterra Group, will build the facility and oversee the park’s management even after the construction phase is completed.
The development will follow the Quadruple Helix model, integrating education, business, government, and social organizations to promote innovation and support local exports. Plans for the park include creating an innovation center, which will feature a prototyping laboratory, R&D center, and business incubator. The area will also include an apart-hotel, dining hall, gym, supermarket, sports ground, client center, and public shelters.
Road and sewer systems are projected to be ready by the end of this month, with construction of additional utilities ongoing. The park will primarily focus on agriculture processing, automotive, and component sectors, while remaining open to other compatible projects. Completion of the entire project is anticipated by 2029.
