Ukreximbank extends a loan to build the An-32P firefighting aircraft.

The state enterprise Antonov received funds from Ukreximbank to produce a specialized aircraft, An-32P, according to the Militarniy website. The agreement to build the firefighting aircraft and create a European fire safety aviation hub that will respond quickly to natural disasters and accidents in Ukraine and other regions. The An-32P airliner is designed to extinguish forest fires, transport and land firefighters, special equipment and cargo necessary for their work. The aircraft will be able to carry approximately 8,000 liters of extinguishing fluid in four interchangeable external tanks. The fire plane will be built in the aviation interests of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
