Ukrainians will be able to register LLCs automatically.

Testing of automatic registration of LLCs for individuals has been launched in Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced on his Telegram channel. Citizens of Ukraine over 18 with a tax number and a unique entry number in the registry will be able to use the service. The Ministry of Statistics has calculated that in 2021, state registrars saved 7.2 years of time thanks to the automation of the registration of private enterprises. Previously, it took 21 minutes to fill out one application. You can join the beta testing of the new service using this link.
