Ukrainian BGV will collaborate with American partners in critical raw materials.

Ukrainian company BGV Group Management has signed cooperation agreements with three international partners in the US to extract critical raw materials. Since 2015, the BGV Group has invested approximately $100M in the mining sector, with nearly $10M allocated specifically to a feasibility study of its graphite project.
These agreements open new avenues for expanding BGV’s business in the global market. As part of the flagship BGV Graphite project, which is being developed in the Kirovograd region, the company initiated preparations last year to construct an enrichment factory in partnership with Finnish company Metso. Design work is also underway for a mining and enrichment complex, with construction slated to commence in the first quarter of 2026.
This year, BGV plans to begin designing a facility to produce components for lithium-ion batteries. Another promising focus for the company is a beryllium mining project. BGV places special emphasis on the potential for extracting valuable minerals, particularly zinc and rare earth elements.
