Ukraine’s 2024 trade turnover increased by 13%.

In 2024, Ukraine’s trade turnover amounted to $112.3B. Goods worth $70.7B were imported, and goods worth $41.6B were exported. Overall, trade turnover increased by 13% compared to 2023. The majority of goods were imported from China for $14.4B, Poland – $7B, and Germany – $5.4B. At the same time, Ukraine exported the most to Poland – $4.7B, Spain – $2.9B, and Germany – $2.8B.

Of the total volume of goods imported in 2024, 65% were the following categories:

  1. machinery, equipment, and transport – $25B
  2. chemical industry products – $11.7B
  3. fuel and energy products – $8.9B

The top three most exported goods from Ukraine include:

  1. food products – $24.6B
  2. metals and metal products – $4.4B
  3. machinery, equipment, and transport – $3.5B

In 2023, Ukraine’s trade turnover amounted to $99.4B. Ukraine imported goods worth $63.5B and exported goods worth $36B.
