“Ukraine. Year 2024” Forum highlights.

These are the main statements made by President Zelenskyy’s government on February 25.

  1.  Ukrainian-made drones account for 90% of all UAVs used on the front. Ukraine will reach its production goal of one million drones per year.
  2. 50% of Western military aid is not delivered on time.
  3. The ratio of Russian Federation forces to Ukrainian forces is now seven to one. To repel the enemy, the ratio should be 1.5 to one.
  4. Zelenskyy: “Ukraine has lost 31,000 soldiers in this war, while Russia has lost 180,000”.
  5. The decision to invite Ukraine to join NATO at the summit in Washington depends on the US and Germany.
  6. Before the war, one artillery shell cost $1,500; now, the price has increased 4-5 times.
  7. Zelenskyy: “If Russia’s frozen assets are handed over to Ukraine without any conditions, I think this will significantly weaken Putin.”
  8. Zelenskyy: “Ukraine has a clear counterattack plan; I can’t give the details”.
  9. Of the promised million rounds of artillery ammunition from the EU, only 30% has been delivered to Ukraine.
  10. The US elections will be the turning point, and we will see how to proceed.
  11. The Patriot missile system costs $1.5B, but you cannot buy it without US approval.
  12. 10 Patriots could radically change the situation and dynamics of the war.
  13. This year is a turning point. It will determine how the war will end for Ukraine.
  14. Ukraine will not lose this war; we have no other alternative.
