Ukraine will raise €58 mln from the EIB for the EU4Skills program.

The loan will scale up the results of the EU4Skills program to build centers of professional excellence, announced by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The goal of the EU4Skills program is to create a modern vocational education and training infrastructure focusing on skills in occupations that are in demand on the Ukrainian labor market. “We plan to sign the Financial Agreement in December during the 6th Eastern Partnership Summit”, said the Deputy Minister, Alexey Shkuratov.
