Ukraine, the EU, and NATO are joining forces to increase the production of weapons and ammunition for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to replenish the allies’ stocks. The parties will create a tripartite coordination mechanism that will synchronize the work of producers, buyers, and governments, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in Brussels at the first-ever high-level tripartite Ukraine-EU-NATO meeting. The leading topic of the negotiations was strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The minister thanked the EU and NATO countries for several important decisions regarding assistance to Ukraine in the security field and called on them to hasten their implementation.
