Ukraine seeks an investor for an engine parts manufacturing enterprise that exports products to 35 countries.

On March 12, the State Property Fund will sell the state’s 100% stake of the authorized capital belonging to the Motordetal-Konotop enterprise in the Sumy region. The plant produces cylinder liners for various types of internal combustion engines, with more than 1,500 types of liners that are used in automotive equipment, ships, and locomotives. The facility employs the latest high-tech equipment in its liner production and has been certified for compliance with international standards.

Motordetal-Konotop produces around five million liners annually and exports them to 35 countries worldwide. The factory staff consists of 670 employees. The enterprise has large production areas of up to 90,000 square meters, 23.5 hectares of land, and 2,500 pieces of furniture, equipment, and fixtures. The starting price of the lot is ₴278.5M ($6.6M).

Just a reminder, Motordetal-Konotop belonged to a Russian businessman and was confiscated in 2023 by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court as property of the state.
