Ukraine ranks fourth in the supply of agricultural products to the EU.

According to the monitoring of agricultural trade from January to September 2021, Ukraine ranks 4th among exporting countries to the EU and ranks 14th in terms of agricultural imports from EU countries. In 2020, Ukraine accounted for 4.8% of total farm exports to the EU (€5.84 B), which is lower than in 2019 (€7.23 B). However, this year, the volume of supplies of Ukrainian agro-industrial products to the EU began to grow again. From January to September this year, they amounted to €4.465 B, which is 6.9 percent (or €290 M) higher than the same period in the 2020.
