In January, the average price of 1 square meter in new residential complexes in Kyiv was UAH 35,000 ($1280). According to market research portal LUN.ua, the average price of 1 square meter is:
- economy class buildings UAH 23,000 ($850),
- comfort class buildings UAH 27,200 ($1000),
- business class buildings UAH 52,900 ($1940),
- premium class buildings UAH 78,600 ($2900).
