Ukraine has resumed its state property lease program.
The government has renewed the state property leasing program, providing benefits and discounts during martial law, reported the Ukraine State Property Fund. The adopted procedure also provides tenants with discounts of up to 100% and preferential terms. According to the head of the State Property Fund, tenants throughout Ukraine will receive discounts for the entire rental period from the imposition of martial law. In addition to that, the tenants in regions where hostilities are taking place are entirely exempt from rent, and in all other areas, tenants of state property receive discounts between 25% – 50%. Moreover, the government exempted individuals and self-employed persons called up or accepted for military service during martial law from rent until the end of 2022, under lease agreements of state and municipal property.
