Ukraine has received $2.2B in aid from international partners.

Last week Ukraine received the equivalent of $2.17B in financial assistance from international partners, announced the Ukraine Ministry of Finance. In particular, the state budget’s general fund received $1.4B from the IMF under the Rapid Financing Instrument emergency support program.  Another €711.8M was obtained from the European Union, the World Bank, and the European Investment Bank. Out of this amount, Ukraine has received €300M within the framework of the European Union’s program of macro-financial assistance. Another €311.8M loan from the World Bank was received as part of the Additional Loan for Second Development Policy Loan for Economic Recovery program. In addition to that, the EIB allocated has €100M within the “Solidarity Package with Ukraine” framework.
