Ukraine has executed cyber-attacks on Russia since the beginning of the war.

On February 24, Ukraine changed its strategy and began not only to defend itself against Russian cyber-attacks but also to carry out cyber-attacks on Russian Federation resources, said Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov during an interview for the Batsman program. He noted that since the establishment of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, it has focused on constant protection against Russian cyberattacks and the creation of products and services. However, due to the Russian invasion, “we decided not just to defend ourselves, but also started implementing offensive strategy,” Fedorov emphasized.
