There are enough reserves in the controlled territories of Ukraine to provide food for all 40 million Ukrainians, said the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy, Taras Vysotsky. The Deputy Minister was asked whether there would be enough food in Ukraine taking into consideration what the occupiers have stolen and those regions where sowing has not been carried out. “Today, we have a balance of about 125 million tons of grain and oilseeds. If we talk about the temporarily occupied territories, there were approximately 1.4 million tons of grain left at the time of the occupation. Therefore, in terms of providing food to all 40 million Ukrainians, we have enough reserves in the controlled area,” said Vysotsky.
