Ukraine faces a foreign debt repayment of $3 billion in September.

Ukraine could meet this deadline with a second IMF tranche and attendant disbursements from other international financial institutions. A separate IMF allocation of $2.7 billion, part of a worldwide distribution of $650 billion, is not expected until October or later.
