Two Ukrainian industrial enterprises are selling their production capacities. Where to invest?

On April 11, the State Property Fund will hold an auction for the privatization of the state enterprise Zhytomyr Distillery, with a starting price that exceeds ₴101M. The enterprise is operational and holds all necessary licenses. Between 2022 and 2024, the distillery sold products worth ₴347M ($8.2M), including ₴523,000 in exports. The offering includes buildings and structures, machinery, equipment, and engineering networks. Additionally, there are 13 land plots totaling 17.93 hectares, along with 47 vehicles and pieces of specialized equipment.

Furthermore, in Transcarpathia, the city of Beregovo, a modern production facility for natural, direct-pressed juices is for sale at $6.5M. The enterprise is equipped with high-tech machinery that utilizes SIG Combibloc technology. In 2022, the enterprise suspended its primary operations and is currently fulfilling small individual orders. The flexibility and versatility of the equipment allow for quick adaptation to other types of beverages, including dairy products, yogurts, creams, sauces, and plant-based alternatives.
