Two more factories will begin construction in a Kyiv region industrial park in 2025.

According to the Business Development Director of the Bila Tserkva industrial park in the Kyiv region, Oleksandr Protsyuk, five factories are currently operating there, three are still under construction, and two more will be built next year. This will bring more than 1,000 jobs to Bila Tserkva, a significant achievement for a city of 250,000 residents. The park has attracted three foreign investors since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion. These are Uniliver, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of everyday goods; InTiCa Systems, an electric vehicle spare parts manufacturer; and the Peikko Group, a Finnish supplier of thin ceiling structures, whose plant is now being built. “InTiCa was the first in Ukraine to receive insurance against military risks,” Protsyuk noted. According to him, InTiCa is now at a crossroads: They are discussing moving their factory from the Czech Republic to Ukraine but are worried about military risks.
